     Welcome to Hurdling Tricks of the Trade. I decided to create this website to share the information that I have gained over my eight, plus, years of hurdling and sprinting. The information provide is targeted toward high school and collegiate athletes, and I am looking for contributors so additional and new information can be added regularly.
